Monteverde, Epiphyte Changes Over Time
Objectives
This study took place in Costa Rica on three different study sites-Monteverde Reserve, Estacion Biologica, and Marios. Epiphytes on each site were cut, then regularly photographed over a period of time to observe how they regenerated. Each time specimens were photographed, they were labeled with a species number and date of photograph. The photographs were converted into slides that need to be scanned in and labeled.
