Week 10 (June 5 - June 9)

There are no regularly scheduled classes this week.

Tuesday, June 6, 1-4. The Software Fair!

Plan on setting up in the morning and staying until 5pm to "tear down".

Wednesday, June 7. A down day. R&R.

Thursday, June 8. Retreat Preparation Day. Write self evaluations and team member evaluations for project. Prepare Project Final Report.

Friday, June 9,10-6. Program Retreat, at Juli's Clubhouse.

Project team evaluation session, Program Debrief. Discuss Evergreen CS Curriculum, and Job Interviewing and Leadership and Ethics in the CS Profession.
4pm-6pm
Dinner/Banquet/BBQ. (Family and Friends Invited).

Evaluation Week (June 12 - June 16) -

Monday, Prep Day.

Tuesday thru Thursday. Evaluation Conferences. I'd like to schedule short Project Team evaluation conferences, followed by 20-30 minute individual conferences.

Friday. Graduation. If we have any money left, we'll have a small reception for graduating seniors, with those not graduating serving....

Week 7 (May 15-19)

Monday

1-3 HCI Class as usual, Read Ch. 13-14.

3-4 LH5 Digital Government Lecture on e-voting (optional)

Tuesday

Project meetings as usual

4-5:30 LH5 Digital Government, Arthur Keller Lecture on e-voting

Wednesday

10-11:30 Seminar. For those doing a seminar paper, a hard copy, one page summary of your paper topic is due, in class.

11:30-12:30 Internals. 20 min presentation, with 10 min feedback: Young Moon and Jennifer Rawson.

12:30-1:15 Pizza and Software Fair Organizational Meeting.

1:15 – 3:00 HCI class in lieu of Thursday.

1:15-2:00 Externals: Legacy Project

2:10-2:40 Project Presentation – Chris Cramer – Japanese Linux

2:45-3:00 2 minute oral overview from each team on their HCI Project. First draft of report due (hard copy).

Thursday

No HCI Class.

Week 8 (May 22-26)

Except for the Digital Government Lecture on Tuesday 4-5:30, there are no classes this week. Judy will be at the Digital Government Conference dg.o. This gives you time to work on your year-long projects, the HCI report, and the first draft of your seminar paper.

Friday, May 26, 5pm, via email.

First draft of seminar paper is due.

Second draft of HCI report is due.

Week 9 (May 29 - June 2)

Class Schedule as usual, except for Monday (Memorial Day Holiday).

Wednesday May 31

11:30 Dry Runs and Critiques of Project Elevator Talk and Draft Posters (for Software Fair).

Thursday June 1 (in HCI Class)

HCI Project Presentation and Final Report (hard copy).

Friday, June 2, 5pm

Final draft of Seminar paper.
